The WEIGHTlessBODY Experience
EMOTIONS weigh more than FAT, even more than muscle tissues and bones. As women especially, we tend to hold onto our memories and experiences in our midsection (belly, butt, hips, and thighs). Deep core emotions and experiences such as surgeries and traumatic births add weight to the scale and it has nothing to do with the food you eat or how much you exercise.
